White label video editing for agencies

Capacity your clients never see.

Unbranded delivery, a mutual NDA before we see a single frame, and several client brands running side by side under one account. You pitch the work, you set the price, you keep the relationship. We are never in the room.

  • Free test edit on a real client brief before you commit

The risk

Outsourcing video is where agency reputations get spent.

You cannot promise what you have not confirmed

Your client wants an answer in the meeting. Your editing partner answers in two days, or says they are full this month. So you either turn the brief down or commit to something you cannot actually back up.

Your supplier shows up in the file

A watermark on a draft. A stray branded template. A file named after somebody else’s company. Small things on their own, and every one of them makes a client wonder what else you are sending out of house.

You get graded on work you did not make

When an edit misses the brand, your client does not go looking for your vendor. They look at you, and the next brief quietly goes to somebody else.

What you get

Built so nobody ever asks who made it.

Unbranded delivery

Exports, file names, project files and written comms all carry your agency’s name. Ours appears nowhere, on anything, at any point.

Mutual NDA at onboarding

Signed before we are sent a single frame of footage. Your client list is yours, and it is never referenced, shown or implied anywhere.

Multiple brands, one account

Every client brand gets its own written style profile and its own editor pairing. Nothing bleeds between them, down to the music library.

Capacity agreed up front

We hold a set monthly volume against your account instead of selling every hour we have. That is why you can commit to a deadline in the meeting.

A named account manager

One person who knows your whole roster, handles the briefing, and catches quality problems before they ever reach your inbox.

24-hour turnaround

On vertical video. 2 to 3 days on long-form. Revisions come back the next working day, and they are not queued behind other accounts.

How it works

Three steps, and your client sees none of them.

  1. 01 / Setup

We sign, then we learn your brands

Mutual NDA first, before anything else. Then a style profile for each client brand: pacing, caption treatment, b-roll rules, and the things that brand must never do.

  2. 02 / You

    Forward the raw footage

No per-video brief. The style profile from step 1 is the only briefing you do. If you have direction on a particular cut, send it and we follow it exactly. If you do not, we make the creative calls and you approve them before anything goes to your client.

  3. 03 / Us

It comes back ready to hand over

Finished, unbranded, named to your convention, in your folder structure, inside your tools. Forward it to your client exactly as it arrives.

Range

The only question that matters is whether we can match a brand that is not ours.

Every video below was edited to somebody else’s style guide, in somebody else’s voice, for somebody else’s audience.

The economics

Priced to leave your margin intact.

Agencies generally bill their clients 30% to 60% above what they pay a white label partner. Our volume rates are set with that gap in mind, because a supplier who squeezes your margin does not stay your supplier for long.

Capacity is the other half of it. We hold a fixed number of agency accounts and reserve monthly volume against each one, rather than selling every available hour and then rationing it when two clients need something the same week. That is the reason we can say yes before you have finished describing the job.

Rates are quoted on the call, once we know your monthly load and your format mix. There is no published price because no two agency rosters look the same.

Questions

What agencies ask first.

Will my client ever know you exist?

No. Delivery is unbranded, file naming follows your convention, and we never contact your client directly under any circumstances. If you want us on a call we join under your agency’s name, or we do not join at all. Your preference, stated once at onboarding.

How do you keep several client brands apart?

Each brand gets its own written style profile and its own editor pairing. Nothing carries over between them: not caption templates, not music libraries, not pacing defaults. An editor working on two of your brands treats them as two unrelated accounts.

What happens when we win a big client suddenly?

Tell your account manager. We hold reserve capacity for exactly this, which is also why we cap how many agency accounts we take on. A partner who is full when you need them is not a partner.

Do you sign an NDA?

A mutual one, at onboarding, before any footage changes hands.

What are your rates?

Volume based, and quoted on the call once we know your monthly load and format mix. They are built to leave room for a standard agency markup rather than to compete with your own pricing.

Can you work inside our tools?

Yes. Slack, Frame.io, Google Drive, Dropbox, Asana, whatever your team already runs. We adapt to your process instead of asking your people to learn another portal.

Who owns the finished files?

Your agency does. Exports and project files, including if we stop working together.

How fast can we start?

Style profiles take roughly a week per brand. Urgent work can start before the profile is finished, it just tends to need one extra revision round to land.
